Chocomole Cocktail
Ingredient:
- Chile powder
- 1.5 oz Reposado tequila
- 1 oz Chocomole Mixture*
- .5 oz Agave nectar
Garnish: Corn chips
Coat the rims of 2 shot glasses with chile powder and set
aside. Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and
strain into the prepared glasses. Garnish each with a corn chip.

Chicken Curry Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 lb skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
- Salt
- 1 yellow onion, roughly chopped
- 2 heaping Tbsp yellow curry powder
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 apple (tart or sweet, your preference), peeled, cored, and diced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro (just lightly packed)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise optional

Seared tuna with Asian noodle salad
Ingredients
- 2 x 200g tuna steaks, 2-3cm thick
- 60g sachet Puréety Soy, Ginger & Garlic Liquid Marinade, or 50ml soy sauce mixed with a knob of fresh ginger, grated, and 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 red chillies, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Bunch of fresh coriander, stems finely chopped, leaves chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- 80g rice noodles
- Bunch of fresh mint, leaves chopped
